BJF Group has recently welcomed Archie, a new Electrical Apprentice, to our Facilities Management Division.
Having recently given Summer a full time, permanent role at BJF Group we have now hired a new Apprentice. Archie has joined our Facilities Management Division as an Electrical Apprentice working within the major projects team.
In line with our desire as a business to nurture the industry’s future leaders and to futureproof our own talent base, we now have 5 Apprentices across the Group including both trade-based and office-based roles. We have seen a lot of success from our Apprenticeship scheme in recent years with the majority of our Apprentices progressing to full time employment with BJF Group.
Archie is very much looking forward to getting stuck in and said:

I would definitely recommend an Apprenticeship to anyone considering doing one. It’s great to be able to earn a bit of money whilst learning loads at the same time.

Archie is studying at London South East College and hopes to progress his career as an electrician once he has qualified.
