Who Are Young Apprentices?
Young apprentices at BJF Group are defined as individuals aged 16 to 24 years, eager to start their careers and embark on a journey of professional development.
What You Can Expect as an Apprentice:

Juliette joined BJF Group as a Business Administration apprentice having realised that she learns best by practical experience rather than through books and lessons. She saw BJF as somewhere she could thrive which has proved to be true. After passing her apprenticeship Juliette took up a full-time permanent position as an Administrator in BJF’s procurement department and has since gone on to progress further to an Assistant Buyer.
Following a 23 year career in the Army Darren decided the time had come to transition back in to civilian life. Following a BuildForce careers event, BJF Group’s Facilities Management Division offered Darren a work experience opportunity which then developed into a permanent position as an electrician working in the familiar surroundings of Ministry of Defence sites.
Group Commercial Manager James has always valued variety in a job and his time at BJF Group has given him just that. James leads the Commercial Function at BJF Group having previously split his time between Commercial and Operational roles. This has allowed him to utilise his training as a Quantity Surveyor to its full potential
