BJF Group has been awarded a new project to remodel and refurbish a government office space in London in partnership with main contractor Wates.
To meet increased demand for space within one of their major Government client’s London offices, BJF Group have been contracted by Wates to undertake a £100k remodelling and refurbishment project to optimise an existing area.
The project will see two of our Divisions work collaboratively to deliver both the building fabric and mechanical & electrical elements as a complete solution.
On completion of the project, the space will be able to comfortably accommodate around 20 more people than is currently possible. Not only will the space be remodelled, but we will also be improving the ventilation systems, enhancing the data and power infrastructure, and installing acoustic panels in new designated quiet zones.
As with many of our office refurbishment projects, our teams will be working within a semi-occupied environment and so it is imperative that disruption, noise and dust are minimised.
