BJF Group’s Construction Division has recently commenced on site on a project to deliver 11 three- and four-bedroom houses in Gravesend, Kent. The new build properties will form a multi-million pound development in partnership with a prolific developer.
The development will provide much needed modern housing within an area that is becoming increasingly attractive for buyers due to significant investment being made within Gravesend and its transport links to London and the South East.
The Project includes the demolition of the existing structure on the plot which is already underway followed by enabling works and site preparation to allow commencement of the construction of the new properties.
These new properties are to be built using timber frame construction complemented by a functional and aesthetically pleasing external works design and landscaping scheme.
