BJF Group’s MEP Residential Division has been awarded a new project by Laing O’Rourke for the mechanical and electrical fit out of a number of residential units at The Whiteley.
Expected to complete in late 2023, The Whiteley, located in West London is a landmark redevelopment of London’s first department store with a history which dates back to the mid-1800’s. The scheme will feature 139 residences of varying sizes, 20 new retail units, a cinema, gym and luxury spa.
BJF Group’s MEP Residential Division has been selected to complete the mechanical and electrical fit out for a number of the residential units which make up the affordable housing portion of the scheme. Our remit includes ventilation and heat recovery, sprinkler systems and all associated mechanical and electrical systems.
BJF Group has already started on site as works on the benchmarking have commenced along with the mechanical ventilation works on Redan Place.
