Following the successful delivery on time and on budget of a major internal refurbishment of a Government building in Essex, BJF Group’s Project Services Division has now been awarded another £400k project.
This project will see us undertake large-scale improvements and repairs to the current multi-storey car park. This will include a host of both major and minor repairs to concrete, staircases and guttering as well as decoration, remarking and the complete uplifting, disposal, and replacement of the asphalt on the top deck. Further to this we will also be replacing all of the existing lighting with energy efficient LEDs.
The completion of this project will greatly enhance the area as well as making it a safer place for drivers and pedestrians.
