BJF Group is pleased to announce that we have secured BM TRADA certification for both Fire Stopping works and Fire Door installation having successfully passed a number of on-site audits, completed scheme specific training and passed an examination in recent months.
BM TRADA, whilst not mandatory for the installation of fire doors and fire stopping, is an independent verification of our competence to undertake these projects for our clients. Being BM TRADA Certified means that we now have two Approved Installers within the business who have the required credentials to enable 20 operatives to be trained in their respective disciplines. We are also able to self-certify any works completed. The scheme ensures on-going competence with six-monthly audits of works completed.
