Working alongside main contractor JJ Rhatigan & Company, BJF Group’s MEP Residential Team has completed a new project as part of a £16m development in Hoxton, London.
The project, which took around 6 weeks, saw BJF Group complete all of the Mechanical elements and commissioning for 36 stylish 1,2 and 3 bed apartments and 3941m² of commercial office space.
The works included the installation of a mechanical plant room, heating and domestic pipework, 1st and 2nd fix bathrooms, commissioning HIU’s and plant, flushing and chlorination of heating and domestic pipework and rainwater pipes.
