BJF Group Receives Bronze Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme Award

Having signed the Armed Forces Covenant in early 2022, BJF Group has now received our Bronze Employer Recognition Scheme Award.

The Employer Recognition Scheme recognises commitment and support from UK employers for defence personnel. The scheme comprises bronze, silver and gold awards for employers who support those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families.

The scheme takes signing the Armed Forces Covenant a step further by ensuring that employers put into action the pledges that they have made.

We now have our sights set on a Silver Award which will see our commitment to being a Forces Friendly Employer verified by a regional level panel and fully intend on securing Gold in the not-too-distant future.
