Working with MEA Consultants on behalf of Havenhill Ltd, BJF Group is progressing well with works on site on a £300k project to refurbish a retail unit in Belvedere which will soon be transformed into a new Co-op store.
The project will involve a complete back to shell strip out of the existing store as well as an extension to the rear following the demolition of a current smaller rear extension. The next stage will be to complete all internal reconfiguration and structural alterations required to the front of house areas to facilitate the fit out of the Co-op store including mechanical and electrical works.
Close liaison and collaboration with both the neighbouring businesses and occupants of the apartments above the store will continue to be crucial to the successful delivery of this project as we aim to complete our works with as little disruption to them as possible.
