BJF Group’s MEP Division has secured a new project to complete the mechanical fit out of a warehouse in London which is currently being extensively refurbished.
On behalf of Brian Power Building Ltd, BJF Group has won a mechanical fit out project for Jones Hire, a hire company who provides quality catering equipment for high-profile events at venues such as the V&A, Royal Academy and Westminster Abbey.
The circa £400k project commenced on site in December 2021 and is expected to complete in April 2022. It will see us install new gas serving at eight air heaters heating the warehouse, HVAC and plumbing to serve all of the warehouse’s specialist equipment as well as heating, toilets, and office areas.
