BJF Group appointed to £187m Spelthorne Borough Council Framework

BJF Group has been appointed to a new construction framework for Spelthorne Borough Council estimated to be worth around £187m in total over the next four years.

The award puts us in the running for projects up to £1m in value across a range of building types such as new homes and commercial property.

Having previously completed a £700k project to deliver three new build houses for the Council, the team are now setting their sights on securing further projects with Spelthorne Borough Council through the framework.
