The BJF Construction division has successfully completed on time and on budget three new build houses in Sunbury-on-Thames for Spelthorne Borough Council.
As well as providing much needed homes in the area, this project was the prototype for the Council’s affordable housing scheme. The three properties will act as the benchmarks for the quality of the next phase of the scheme.
The ground floor of the properties are open plan with new modern style kitchens. The new tenants will also benefit from off-street parking and a landscaped rear garden.
The project also included the provision for solar panels to the roofs, which provide a sustainable source of power for the new tenants.
As well as the construction of the new properties, we have made several improvements to the footpaths surrounding the site.
Both the Council and the new tenants are very pleased with the new properties and we hope that this is the first of many schemes with Spelthorne Council.
