This honour, presented ahead of the recent Sovereign’s Parade, recognises Adie’s outstanding dedication and service over his 21-year tenure.

His expertise and reliability have made him an invaluable member of the team, often called upon to resolve critical issues swiftly and effectively. His responsibilities include checking and ensuring that high standards are maintained.

Now a Lead Engineer, Adie continues to apply his extensive knowledge and experience to address significant issues, ensuring smooth operations at the academy. Working closely with contractor VINCI Facilities, he contributes to maintaining high standards and resolving critical issues as they arise.
